All Paintings are sent tracked & signed for by Royal Mail in waterproof packaging unless the customer contacts to discuss other methods of postage. Customers expecting paintings will be given their unique tracking number in order to follow their parcel.
All prints are sent 1st Class Royal Mail, unmounted and rolled up in postal tubes.
UK painting orders can take up to three months for completion and delivery depending on size and complexity. If a rush order is needed please allow at least 4-6 weeks as it takes this long for it to fully dry – and let me know! Once the painting is completed I will email the customer. You should expect painting parcels to be posted and delivered within two weeks of an email of completion.
UK print deliveries should expect parcels to be posted and delivered within two weeks of ordering.
Europe & international should expect print parcels to be posted within one week after ordering although delivery can take up to 4 weeks in some circumstances. international orders should allow much more time if needed for a certain date as I cannot guarantee specific times.
